Phone has had battery issues from the start. Is down to 81% battery health, after just 3 months. IMEI shows that is a new phone, but it must be faulty or a factory second. Seller will not give partial refund so I can get the battery replaced, only want to do a return, which will leave me without a phone for too long. Also a very complicated list of instructions to return the phone. I would avoid this seller at all costs. NEVER AGAIN!

Beware, I was sold a faulty mobile phone, Warranty or replacement was not offered, my mobile was still under warranty period, only used for 4 days. I was given a $120 refund for $300 phone. I believe their mobiles are overseas models, possibly they are repackaging second hand refurbished ones and selling as New, no manuals or warranty card in packaging.
This seller is dishonest with misleading communication.
Phones are not as described. Think carefully before purchasing from this seller.
